Tim Martin - Clinical Director
Tim Martin graduated from Cameron University, in Lawton, Oklahoma, with a Master of Science Degree in Behavioral Science. Tim received his undergraduate degree in education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK. Tim is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has experience working with older children, teens, and adults in individual, family, and group counseling. His area of interests includes working with clients that exhibit high anxiety, depression, developmental disabilities, anger management, mood disorders, emotional regulation, parenting, couples, and other issues that affect the family. Tim has worked for over 25 years with children and teens and their families in a multicultural environment that encouraged life growth and daily change. Tim loves to see people begin to move forward and heal from past and present situations that have them hurting or paralyzed in life.
Lucas Roecker - Director of Operations
Lucas Roecker serves as the Director of Operations for Oklahoma Disability Services (ODS). He works with staff, individuals, and families to support the delivery of practical, skill-based services that promote independence and improve quality of life. Lucas is committed to helping individuals develop meaningful skills they can apply in everyday situations while supporting families in carrying those skills beyond training sessions. He believes that clear instruction, consistency, and family involvement are key to helping individuals make lasting progress toward their goals. His work focuses on ensuring ODS services remain person-centered, accessible, and focused on helping individuals build greater independence and confidence in their daily lives.
Jennifer Bessert - Family Trainer
Jennifer is a dedicated advocate for helping individuals of all ages and abilities build skills, increase independence, and pursue meaningful goals. Her clients describe her as compassionate, patient, and caring, and she is committed to helping individuals and families overcome obstacles, develop confidence, and achieve greater success in their daily lives. With a background influenced by her family's involvement in law enforcement, military life, and foster care, Jennifer brings a unique perspective to supporting individuals and families facing a variety of challenges. She values cultural diversity and is passionate about providing encouragement, practical support, and opportunities for growth that help those she serves build confidence, increase independence, and reach their full potential.
Sheri Vera - Family Trainer
Sheri serves as the Curriculum Developer and as a Family Trainer with Oklahoma Disability Services. She develops lesson plans, training materials, and caregiver resources designed to support skill development, independence, and improved daily functioning for individuals with disabilities. Her work focuses on practical daily living skills and providing families with meaningful tools to support learning beyond each training session. Sheri is passionate about making instruction clear, engaging, and applicable to everyday life. She believes every individual deserves opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve greater independence through consistent support and skill development.
